Travel Bans

If government travel bans prevent travel, we offer full credit for future travel valid for 24 months or partial refund after deducting non-recoverable costs.

Medical Emergencies

For medical emergencies with proper documentation, we offer credit vouchers or rescheduling without penalties. Refunds may be available with medical proof.
