By making a booking with Bharat Trip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these booking terms. These terms form part of our overall Terms and Conditions.

Booking Process

1. How to Book

  • Bookings can be made online through our website, via email, or by phone
  • You must provide accurate personal information for all travelers
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
  • We recommend booking at least 60 days in advance for peak seasons

2. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us
  • Confirmation emails contain your booking reference number and itinerary
  • Please check all details carefully and inform us of any errors immediately
  • Keep your booking reference number safe for all communications

3. Age Requirements

  • Minimum age for booking is 18 years
  • Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Some packages have specific age restrictions for activities
  • Proof of age may be required for age-restricted packages

Payment Terms

1. Payment Schedule

2. Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank Transfers (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS)
  • UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
  • Cash (Only at our office location)

Important Payment Notes:

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (₹)
  • Bank charges for international transfers are borne by the customer
  • Credit card payments may incur additional processing fees
  • Payment receipts will be emailed within 24 hours of payment

3. Late Payments

  • Late payments may result in automatic cancellation of your booking
  • We will send payment reminders 7 days before each due date
  • Reinstatement of cancelled bookings may be possible with payment of reinstatement fee
  • No refunds for cancellations due to late payments

Changes & Cancellations

1. Changes by You

  • Date changes allowed up to 45 days before departure (subject to availability)
  • Name changes allowed up to 30 days before departure with documentation
  • Package changes may be treated as cancellation and rebooking
  • All change requests must be made in writing

2. Change Fees

Date Changes

₹1,500 per person + any difference in package price

Name Changes

₹1,000 per person + any administrative costs

3. Our Right to Cancel

  • We may cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings (minimum 30 days notice)
  • We may cancel due to force majeure events beyond our control
  • In case of our cancellation, full refund or alternative dates will be offered
  • We are not liable for additional costs incurred (flights, visas, etc.)

Special Requirements

1. Medical Conditions

  • Inform us of any medical conditions during booking
  • Some destinations may not be suitable for certain medical conditions
  • Carry sufficient medication for the entire trip
  • Medical facilities may be limited in remote areas

2. Disabilities

  • Inform us of any mobility issues or disabilities
  • Not all destinations are wheelchair accessible
  • We can advise on suitable packages based on mobility requirements
  • Travelers with disabilities may need to be accompanied

3. Dietary Requirements

  • Inform us of any dietary restrictions during booking
  • We will inform service providers of your requirements
  • Some dietary requirements may not be possible in remote areas
  • Carry necessary snacks if you have specific dietary needs
