At Bharat Trip, we value your trust and strive to provide transparent booking, refund, and cancellation procedures. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Cancellations by the Customer

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to [info@bharattrip.net]
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the timeline below:

30 days or more before travel date:** Minimum cancellation fee (processing charges) will apply.
15 – 29 days before travel date:** Up to 50% of the total booking cost may be charged.
7 – 14 days before travel date:** Up to 75% of the total booking cost may be charged.
Less than 7 days before travel date / No Show:** 100% of the booking cost will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain bookings, such as airline tickets, train tickets, hotel reservations, or special event tickets, may be fully non-refundable, subject to the supplier’s policies.
Visa, permit, and documentation fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

3. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
Service charges, processing fees, or bank charges are non-refundable.

 

4. Cancellations by Bharat Trip

In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, operational issues, government restrictions, etc.), Bharat Trip reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings.
Customers will be offered an alternative option of equal value. If no suitable alternative is available, a refund will be issued after deducting applicable charges.

 

5. No Show Policy

If a customer fails to arrive on the scheduled travel date without prior cancellation, the booking will be considered a No Show, and no refund will be issued.

 

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other travel risks.
